Paloma Grida, Belek

We had a fun holiday with mixed experiences. The children's amenities and entertaining staff made our stay enjoyable, but the rooms were definitely lacking in cleanliness and comfort. Dining options were varied but could have been better in quality. Overall, while it was a good holiday, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

While the hotel has some pros like great food variety and fun activities for kids, the dated rooms and inconsistent service left much to be desired. Although we enjoyed the pools and the beach, I felt that the hotel didn't quite live up to its 5-star rating, especially in terms of room quality and customer service.

Our stay at Paloma Grida was mostly wonderful, especially for families. The kids loved the activities and the food was consistently appealing, with a variety of themes each night. However, the rooms could use some improvements in brightness and comfort. The Wi-Fi was also not the best, which was a bit frustrating at times.

The hotel offers a charming location with lovely entertainment, and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms need some updates, as they feel dated and cramped. The dining options were decent, but could use some variety, especially for breakfast. Overall, it's a nice family-friendly place, but some improvements could enhance the experience.
